1-on-multiple participants' class is more effective than 1-on-1 class as children tend to immerse themselves in activities better. participating together tends better immerse into activities
There may well be such a kid. If so, we request their parents work together so as the kid constructively participate in classes.
Our policy is that, in case obstruction or interference persists, the kid causing them are no longer allowed to participate in classes.
We do not run separate make-up classes.
Videos, the app and text books are made available and can be self-studied. We recommend a kid, who missed zoom class, takes advantage of those materials.
We do run zoom sessions with audio active and hear all children's voices.
Chidreln need to respond more than 50 times during 35 minute-long session and active audio is indispensable. Moreover, response of other kids stimulates activity of your kid so as to immerse all attendants into session activities and this absolutely needs zoom audio turned on. In case noise from kid’s background breaks out, online teacher can mute that kid’s audio.
Phonics is a basic course and so a level test is unnecessary. Parents typically assess kid’s level accurate if the kid is in phonics level. Upon subsequent assessment (parents believe double vowels level is appropriate but we find single vowels level is better suited), kid’s level may be adjusted accordingly.
Broadly termed, 4 through 8 years old. We set to organize each session with maximum two-year gap (such as 5 to 7 years old, 6 to 8 years old, or 7 to 9 years old). However, we strive to limit the gap to one year.
No, we proceed a session as planned even if less number of kids have registered. It is our policy we maintain a maximum of 5 students even if new are added afterward.
Parents directly watch their kids’ class activities and so we do not specifically offer consult to parents. In case kids do not satisfactorily pace up, we recommend parents extra study strategies.
